Mueseum of Technology & Bundestag

Grey and cold day in Berlin. Headed out to the Museum of Technology in the morning, which was a very good museum for trains, planes, computers and general technology. You would need to spend the entire day there to do it justice, but an excellent stop.

In the afternoon we headed over to Brandenburg Tor and had some lunch. Finally got a Schweinshaxe for lunch which was most enjoyable.

We then went into the Bundastag dome which sits atop the Parliamentary chambers which provides an excellent view over the city, just unfortunately a foggy day. They also provide a very good audio guide stepping through the history of the German Parliament and key buildings.

Following the we went to the Zoo Palast near Zoo Station to have a look at the Depeche Mode concert film. A very impressive cinema complex!!!Read more
