Rest and relaxation

After many days on the trail Lydia wisely suggested a trip to the coast before returning to Santiago for two days of cultural, eating and shopping.

In an effort the transition to shorter walking days we only covered 15 miles 😉. The city of A Courna is a tourist community supported by German cruise ships, Spanish travelers and wayward pilgrims.

We spent also participated in a hops and barley pilgrimage to the largest brewery in Galicia. Very interactive and free beer at the end of the tour. We also enjoyed walks along the sea and a wonderful sunrise this morning. A pleasant way to begin the transition home.Read more
