Lake Argyle - Bluff Lookout Walk

I woke up at about 5:30am with the light coming through the windows. Scott was snoozing so I said we should go for our morning walk and he agreed. We had a banana and a coffee and headed off at 6:30am for the Bluff Lookout. I had read on All Trails app to wear long pants so I was all rugged up in tights and a long sleeved shirt!

There weren’t many people on the track and the walk was fairly easy as we walked around the lake up to the Bluff with beautiful views. We reached the lookout where there was a rock cairn so I added a rock to the top. We looked out across the lake and took a few photos. I was starting to get really hot on the way back down but thankfully my legs were getting scratched from the spinifex grass.

We arrived back to the caravan park a bit after 8am where we had breakfast and got ready for our lunchtime cruise of the lake.Read more
