Passau Marzipan class

The second portion of our tour last night was a marzipan class given by one of the master bakers of an old classic and well-known restaurant in Passau. Everyone sculpted something called the turtle which is a well-known artifact in Passau. They think part of a church that fell to the ground at one point which looks like a giant head.
