Epcot

Most of the afternoon we spent looping around the southern (World Showcase) part of Epcot starting in the Mexico 'night time' market - being sure to checking out the menu of every snack stand and bakery as we went.

Snack highlights included plantbased bratwurst at the refreshment outpost and a gorgeous maple popcorn from Canada. We also saw the American Adventure show (a first time for Alex).

Having started early, we didn't quite last to the Fireworks. We finished the day at Epcot with Space Ship Earth and a trip to the Seas (with Nemo & Friends) - remember fish are friends, not food!Read more
