Great River Road

Drove along the Mississippi much of the day. Saw deer, ducks, swans, cranes and more at Trempealeau National Wildlife Refuge. Passed through many old, tiny towns, buildings dating to 1878. Learned about fishery conservation at the Genoa National Fish Hatchery. Saw one more lock, and miles and miles of cornfields.En savoir plus
