Short ride to the border crossing. Only issue being Kai’s wanted $5 each for some unknown reason. Pay it and continue on. Day is cloudy which helps keep the heat down. Have some difficulty finding food but make do with our emergency tuna. Arrive in Stung Treng in the Mekong. After checking in, wander a bit in search of some supplies. Nice market but not much in the way of basic (our definition) necessities. Out for a decent dinner.Read more
