Sargents - a perfectly placed oasis

Another short day; our version of a rest day. Day starts out cloudy but does clear. Visit the campground animals before hitting the road. 34 miles along HWY 50 - much of the time into the wind. Yet the gradient is mild and scenery nice. Arrive at the base of tomorrow’s climb where there is a little campground, store and restaurant - Tomichi Creek Trading Post. Still quite windy. Have a nice hot shower and dine in the restaurant.Læs mere
