Onto Albania

One last day of riding in Montenegro and it’s a doozy. Start with a steep up, but off the big road. Then we join busy road and it’s very sketchy. Added bonus, a tunnel. Lose a bunch of time in Bar trying to find gas. Finally head out of town, up, on a small road. Finally riding gets better as we reach the top and ride along a ridge with new pavement. Nice down into Albania. Quiet 10 miles into Shkoder. Find our hotel and head into town. Quite the touristy section. But pretty. Nice dinner of mezze (small plates).Read more
