    With rain predicted (which did happen during the night) and free admission to the archeological site and museums, we opt to spend an extra day here. Surprisingly it’s sunny in the am, thus head first to the ruins. Very interesting mix of religious and sport oriented “buildings”. Some are in much better shape or have been restored. Catch a few tidbits from guides and read the signs to try and understand what we are seeing. Also go through 2 museums; one housing a lot of artifacts and the other about the history of the ancient Olympics. Good day being a tourist!Read more
