National Handicrafts Museum

The restorant at the museum servs special food from different areas of India. Each dish was presented in a bit of a western style, but the food tastes like true Indian delicacies. Companing the food, the older Muppets got coffee from south India. It was strong and rich in flavors. The younger Muppet enjoyed strong Tea from Asam.
The dishes were:

-Palak chaat:
A delicious yogurt dish, served with tampura fried Spinat leaves. The yogurt contains chickpeas, potatoes, pomegranate, pomegranate powder, chili powder and silan.

- frid Tapioka balls with spaicy dip

-Dokla:
A non sweet semolina cake with layers of pannier slice

-Ragi Dosa
