    This temple is found on the boulder of a hill which is to the compound of this temple itself. There are no idols found in the garbhagriha. The temple is surrounded by a precinct To the northeast of the precinct is a double-storeyed gateway. A Phamsana-style shikhara (tower) is seen above the garbhagriha. The temple is constructed on an elevated adhishtana and its walls are ornamentally decorated, much like the temple of Kampilaraya situated on the Hemakuta Hill. One can identify the bas-relief sculpture of an elephant, Anjaneya and Garuda here. This temple was constructed in 1379 CE. by Chakravarti Ayya, in the era of Immadi Harihara. An inscription refers to the idol as that of Ahobala Sri Veera Narasimha. The inscription mentions that, in 1410 CE., Nageya Nayaka constructed a mandapa for the goddess Mahalakshmi. He started the ritual of holding the marriage ceremony between Narasimha and Mahalakshmi in this temple.
