Broadway at Glenelg

Here we are at Glenelg south, just in front of the Broadway kiosk looking north towards Glenelg jetty. The beaches are wide and sandy, perfect for a day at the beach. Sand not for you, then there are some grassy areas, a little flatter closer to the jetty. Also came across another ANZAC poster.Read more

Glenelg foreshore

Now we are at one of the most popular beaches of Adelaide. As you can see you almost need a survival pack just to make it to the waters edge, or cross the well maintained lawned area.

Back in my youth the buildings were not there, so you could see the ocean from the lawn.

Thus ends this beach, journey. Another starting where we left off will be posted ... Eventually.Read more
