Best Bus Travel Experience from Panvel to Surat, India
Buses are a great way to travel from Panvel to Surat. Especially when they (bus staff) take good care of you. According to my personal experience of traversing to Surat was really great. I bought tickets online, since I opted for a Gujrat Travels AC Multi Axle Sleeper bus, travel time of 6 hours went smooth and comfortable. Along with a friend I was travelling to Surat just to take a break from the tiring work life.
Surat is well known for its commercial centre of textiles and diamonds. Having heard about this city a lot from others, my friend and me planned to visit this place during a long weekend. Since it was sudden plans, we couldn’t get flight or train tickets, thanks to the amazing bus booking portal http://www.redbus.in, it helped me to get quick bus tickets with amazing discounts and assured friendly assistance during our journey.
We boarded the bus from Kalambolli, opp to Mc Donalds at around 5:15pm and reached Surat at 11:40pm, we got down at Kadodara Chowkadi. The journey of 308kms from Panvel was not at all stressful. Travelling by bus is something I have always loved, the reason being it helps to gather a lot of travel memories. Both of us chit-chatted and until the rest stop after 3 hours of non-stop travelling. We had hot coffee and burger from the refreshment corner and clicked some photos too.
The bus interiors were clean and comfy, they provided blankets and water bottles. The staff made sure that all passengers were travelling without any hassle. The bus passed through beautiful sceneries and landscapes, soon it became dark and we got involved in listening songs.
Once we reached Surat at night, by the time our shuttle was waiting to take us to our hotel. We stayed at Hotel Rasraj, a few kilometres away from the bus stop. It was a 2 Day trip to Surat, we enjoyed all the places of interest here and treated our hunger bites with delicious local cuisine and several popular sweets. After all, we did justice to Surat’s reputation, known for its diversity of food items.
