on our long trip to Perth you stop at this strange little place called 'Cook' hmmm, there is nothing but sand for miles until this and its the longest straight line of rail track in the world. This Czytaj więcej
After two nights .. yes two on the Indian Pacific Railroad we have arrived in Perth. Its a few degrees hotter than Melbourne and Adelaide but first day it rained. We plan to stay a few days then rent Czytaj więcej
We rented a camper van for a week to visit the wine region of Margaret River .... great wine ! Binningup campsite was close to the beach and our first taste of the kangaroo ... Scared the crap out of Czytaj więcej
We stayed at this great sheep farm just outside Margaret River. went on the Bushtuka Wine tour .. great fun and great wine. We stayed at the Big Valley campsite .. just like back home !
This place is way out there .. took us ages driving through massive forest's .. including the Gloucester Tree .. which you can climb up , once used to spot forest fires. Stayed at the Windy Harbour Czytaj więcej

Stayed in Binningup again on the way back to Perth.
On the way back to Adelaide .. stopped at the gold mining town of Kalgoorlie .. non stop mining 24hrs a day and the largest open pit in the world !
in the dark ... dumpers the size of houses .. carrying 220 tons
