Not too long later we pulled over onto the side of the road to check out the valley below. At this point we were about 1500 meters above sea level.
The locals in the past used to grow vegetables but these were often affected by the weather until someone cottoned on to the greenhouse. Now the valley is full of them! Most of the houses are full of flowers but some of them even grow strawberries from a plant bought over from New Zealand!Read more
