The receptionist Day from Ho Chi Minh who is from Da Lat sent Sam through recommendations of where to go including this local restaurant.
We looked like the only tourists there and ended up sitting with different groups who were all surprised that tourists ended up here as it is so local!
A Russian woman was buying dinner for our family and helped/ordered for us.
