After our fruit delights we walked through a farm to see what life looks like on these islands for the locals. We then boarded a small boat and were taken along the river out to our big boat waitingLæs mere
We moved onto the next island for some coconut candy. The locals ensure that they use all parts of the coconut to produce candy in all flavours, even durian, biscuits, clothes and the leaves from theLæs mere
Once back at our accommodation we quickly showered and changed and made our way across district 1 to Noir, which was highly recommended by mum and dad's friend Viv.

We're off on a tour to the Cu Chi Tunnels with our tour guide Joe. This is where a lot of the locals in the area had to live during the war.

We got back to Saigon City and Joe told us where to find the BEST Bahn Mi in the city. He put it into Google maps and we were on our way.
