    I can only imagine.Geneva, across the lake.Geneva, across the lake.A little tired today- this was me on any hill, and high wind!1/2 a metric century (31 mi) ride -a long 1 for me. Flat, some wind, decent pace.

    I (Brian) bicycled to Geneva (NY), on Seneca Lake, but as with Switzerland - and the popular song smoke on the water, 1972 Deep Purple's song, "Swiss time was running out, It seemed that I would lose the (check out) race!" (We've had enough rain, and mornings are cold, It's a bit of challenge to time our biking and kayaking). NOTE: The Seneca Lake Pk had a trail to beach & town, but was "gravel". Not for road bikes. The road over there was a bit too "highway", down to 1 lane for construction, so I headed back (& Swiss Time was Running Out). Zach & I to return by van.Read more
