Doka Estate Coffee Plantation

On the way back to San Jose, we stopped at the Doka Estate coffee plantation. Christian used to work there, so he gave us the tour and explained the process of coffee making--very interesting! The gift shop had samples to taste and coffee for sale at reasonable prices. We tasted several kinds, and bought Peaberry to take home. We are learning to like our coffee black, as Christian says that’s how it was meant to be drunk. Here are some of the plants on the estate.Meer informatie
