Playa Flamingo

We tried to drive to Tamarindo (I wanted to go to a bookstore and we heard that is an expatriate community, so they might have one), but it was getting late, so we turned back. We didn’t want to go back the way we came, as the water was very high over the road in one area, so we turned North at Potrero and went through a hilly area with bad roads, until someone flagged us down and told us the road was out up ahead. He asked where we were going and led us out of there—God bless him! We were so glad to get back to our condo. We washed clothes—another exciting evening!Read more
