Old Caves Crater

This is a moderate hike to the top of an old volcano, which used to have a Sinagua settlement on top. The pueblo was destroyed by souvenir hunters years ago, but what remains are some “caves” where the Sinagua people mined lava rocks to use for building their dwellings.
