All Creatures Great and Small Location

As fans of PBS's "All Creatures Great and Small", we went to Grassington, which is the filming location as the fictitious village of Darrowby. Although there were many modern-day cars in the town square, some of it did look familiar.

Grassington, in Warfedale, is a traditional market village with cobblestone streets dotted by stone shops, churches, and the Town Hall. A few businesses have taken on the name of Darrowby.Read more
