We're staying in a hotel in Wakefield for two days between housesits. The room is small but clean. There is a really good breakfast included, and a nice big park nearby for walks to the gardens.

At the top of the steep hill there used to be a castle, with a long view below for defense. Now nothing is left of the castle except the hill. At the bottom is a stage for bands, and the slope of the hill makes it nice for viewers.Meer informatie

ReizigerBet your breakfast is not $28 a piece as our hotel breakfast in Hawaii was! We did not partake of that, but walked to McDonald’s instead! SC

ReizigerIt was actually free with the room rental, but would have been about $10.75. It was a "Full English" plus a buffet of meats, cheeses, breads, coffees (including specialty coffees), teas, juices, cereals, etc. We would eat around 10:45 and that would set us up for the rest of the day.
