    Snorkeling

    Chichen itza

    Went to Chicenitza. Eric, Julie, and Liz all went early and looked around until our tour started at 10:30, when the boys showed up.

    Coba

    Arrived in Coba. Did our domestic MacGyver routine and scrounged up rocks and wood to elevate Eli's bed.

    Played hearts near the pool until 10:30. Had to stop before a winner was determined, but things look grim for mom.

    As we were getting up from the table Nathan said he didn't feel to good. He started vomiting about 30 minutes later and kept it up all night, going about 30 minutes between episodes.

    We are trying to make it to morning, then will see what is next.

    Things got under control at around 7 (right when I procured a proper bucket). Things seem to be moving in the right direction.    Read more

    Toured Coba ruins

    Eric Julie Liz and Eli toured the ruins of coba. It's super cool. There are big piles of rocks all over that are unexamined Mayan ruins. We did a tour with a guide for 2 hours, then Eli and Eric rented bikes and rode around the rest of the complex. Definitely one of the highlights of the trip.Read more

    Heading home

    A huge rainstorm made traffic pretty slow, but we made it to our flight on time

    Nathan looks a little green and we all are pretty tired.

    Mom is somewhere up front, but the rest of us are seated together.
