Tourist information trips are the best..

We discovered that Osaka is much bigger than we thought and unfortunately the place we are staying is quite far out of the main area. In Kyoto our life saver was a paper map so we decided this is what we needed if we are to the tackle this city on our own. We found a tourist information center about 30 minutes tube ride away so the plan was to head there and explore the area surrounding it before returning to do some washing and shopping. We managed to get the map but not much else information on attractions or where to go so it wasn't as useful as we'd hoped. We enjoyed exploring around the station area however where we discovered China town and our favourite place- an arcade! Overall it was a pretty uneventful day apart from discovering that although on the listing of our Air B&B it states we have a washer dryer we have discovered it doesn't dry so our room is currently like a laundry shop.
