Hitting the road

- Set an alarm for 7am in preparation for a long day of driving. Woke up a few minutes later at 11am and decided we probably should get a move on.
- Stopped off at Alfa mart for breakfast supplies and hit the road.
- 4 hours in anas' bike lost all power, conveniently outside a yamaha dealership. Had it happened anywhere else along the 8hr drive we would have been stuffed.
- We grabbed lunch whilst the mechanics worked on the bike, they managed to fix the problem, replace spark plugs, change oil and change the break pads all for the hefty price of £9 including labour.
- Continued driving into the night and finished 20 minutes from Malang. We are very impressed by how much distance we covered today.
- Finally we went to forage for food in the local town. Stopped by a street food shop that makes amazing Nasi Goreng. We each ordered 2 plates and tea. Ollie accidentally ate a chilli and died for 5 minutes whilst the owner ran down the road to buy water. Anas was slandering ollie and now has just done the same thing. What a moronMeer informatie
