    Hellfire Pass

    The next day we took a long drive, out to Hellfire Pass, where numerous atrocities were committed against Allied and Asian troops by the Japanese in the name of building a supply railway.

    A very sobering experience, the atmosphere was thick with memories, and it was difficult not to become emotional. A dear uncle of mine (Ray) was held captive here for several years.Read more
