    Doi Suthep Temple

    A visit to Chiang Mai would be incomplete (we were told) without a visit to Doi Suthep Temple.

    Although pretty much "Templed out" by this time we decided to take a look, and were really glad we did! Not your average Temple, this one is perched on top of a mountain, and even offers a lift for those not wishing (or able) to climb the 7 million steps.

    Lots to see up at the top, including local dancers and singers. Quite an experience! VERY popular with tourists though :)    Read more
