Day Six - Christchurch

The cousin Glenice's I stayed with, who is in her late 70's. has an amazing garden and is one of the old school who cooks everything probably from scratch and never let's anything go to waste. Great at recycling, and maintaining her large section. Inspirational.
From Glenice's I went to visit ex Air Force Marg. The chattering was great and food fit for a Queen! It was my intention but ended up staying for lunch. Their hospitality is beyond words.
On the way to my sister's I stopped for a quick cuppa with another ex Air Force friend Gayle. Great to have a short visit.
At Carolyn's who was busy in the section when I arrived. Garden very tidy she has been working hard and I can see the results.Leggi altro
