    Quick coffee making class this morning learning about the Vietnamese way of brewing and drinking. Culturally brought by the french in 18th century, it’s now an important feature of Vietnamese culture and apparently the biggest exporter of coffee in the world.

    The Vietnamese spend sometimes 2hrs to drink their coffee and socialise early in the morning before beginning their day. We made coconut, salted, condensed milk and egg coffees. Definitely different styles and lot sweeter than I would opt for normally although salted coffee is great and I will be trying back home (even got some traditional brewing equipment to take home).
