As Cyclone Alfred bares down on Queensland, further down South, 10 adventurous Queens head off from separate locations in the city to the final destination of Daylesford in Central Victoria…

Excitement is in the air as we prepare to participate in the ‘gayest’ country event this side of the black stump: Chillout!

Nothing like a good old fashioned bakery 🥧 treat for lunch followed by a wander along the main drag (…not - in drag!) 🌈🎉🦄

Neil made a purchase of a fine rainbow 🌈 inspired queer glass art sculpture while the rest of us prepared in our own special ways (a-hem, Peter!) before delicious dinner at the Royal Daylesford Hotel then our first ride on the shuttle bus 🚌 to the Big Top 🎪 at Victoria Park to see the incredible incomparable Marcia Hines! Her disco 🪩 inferno 🔥 set was smokin’ hot! A true National Treasure 🙌🏾
