Northern Thai Cooking Class

Cooking up something good! 🥘

We took an all day cooking class that specialized in Northern Thai food. We made a bunch of dishes and they taught the foundations of the flavors 😋 We made a local version of red curry, used a wok over coal fire, and cooked with banana blossoms! The pictures of the cone and the little sprouts were baby bananas 🍌 We learned a lot and really liked the instructor, but not sure the traditional outfits are our best look 😂

As always, we rewarded our efforts with a massage! We tried an traditional herbal ball massage at a really nice spa. Again, they put us in a very flattering outfit for the experience 🙄🤣Читать далее
