So, finally good news!
We are both flying First Class from Eugene to SF AND we are now going to be on the same plane and both of us in First class there as well.

TravelerI almost cried (for joy this time) when the agent (Jacques) found us at security and handed David his first class boarding pass. We are not sitting together in first class, but we can deal with that. Jacques, you’re the man!! Thank you for helping us, each of the many times we visited you at the counter.
