This wedding was the marker for the beginning of our trip. The reason why we chose to come to the Great Lakes. The when, where and why.
And I love weddings. At weddings, everyone is always happy and festive. The bride was as beautiful as she is sweet. And the Groom said that he got to make one choice in the whole thing. It turns out that choice was a defining choice. The groom and his groomsmen were is jeans, white shirt, cream jackets, cowboy hat and boots. It seemed to set the tone.
It was a comfortable, fun and wholesome affair. And it was obvious that the rather large wedding party were a tight knit group. They were all having fun together. And the fun just seemed to spread.
The festivities were lively, the dance floor was full and the country music flowed.
My Lovely and I danced, sang, smiled and soaked in some young love.
Amy got to reconnect with an old friend and visit with Faith and Aaron.
The dance floor was the place to be to dance or to simply be a part of the fun.
