  • City Tour

    March 10, 2016 in Australia ⋅ ☁️ 20 °C

On the coldest day since my arrival in Melbourne I decided to be a real tourist and explore the city. Took my Canon and was shoting some photos here and there. First stop was the Australian Centre of Mobing Image (ACMI). As I was coming out people were gathered outside listening to a live band, chilling, having lunch, and enjoying the cloudy day. Just across the road there was the Hosier Lane covered of street art. You gotta love Melbourne for all its art, music, cafés and Restaurants. Later in the night meet up with English-Spanish speakers at Lion Hotel. I will be sad to leave here.Read more

Arrived at 4pm, April came to pick me up at the airport. So nice of her, never met her and offered to pick me up and introduced me to the share house. It is a cozy, wooden, 150-year-old house. I love it! It's a mix of old fashion and modern four or five bedroom house. Tasmania is so beautiful, fresh air and breath taking landscape. I haven't even visited anywhere yet except for the mall. It's gonna be an adventurous trip!Read more

  • Cape Hauy Hike

    March 24, 2016 in Australia ⋅ ⛅ 13 °C

Met up with CS people Eva, Serena and Richard for a road trip to Tasman National Park. We did a almost 4 hr hike at Cape Hauy. So tiring but it was very rewarding experience! Amazing view and according to Fitbit, we climbed a total of 400 floors. No wonder we ended up exhausted! Then drove to near Coles Bay and spent the night at the camping site, chatted with other people camping there, and I slept in the car. That was an uncomfortable and cold experience. Tasmania is so beautiful wherever you go! ❤️❤️❤️Read more

Wineglass hike was nothing comparing to Cape Hauy. The view is beautiful but it is full of tourist. After the hike we drove to Devil's Corner Vineyard where we had some oysters and wine. Then Eva and Richard drove us back to Swansea where we hitchhiked our way back to Hobart. It was a fun drive chatting the whole way with Michael, 63 year-old father of 8 kids, divorced and re-married, photographer, inspirational talker living in Adelaide. Great experience Tasmania!Read more
