I have been for 2 days and will be for 2 more in a retreat with the amazing Joanna Hunter and a group of awesome ladies... Here in Scotland... Meditations, Energy attunements, sacred sites visits, haunted castle, fun and releasing sadness... We're having it all ! Including some gorgeous food !
