9 Hour Travel Day

Today was expected to be a 15 hour plus travel day with a potential 1am arrival, yet we were lucky enough to be given a sleep in. When we woke we dragged our bags to the boat that was quite late, so we hung around until it was time to head off. It began with a 2 hour boat trip, followed by a very confusing and chaotic tuk-tuk journey. Then we began the 8 hour bus trip. I don't know what his motive was, but he was not going slow. It was easily the bumpiest, most wild, and hectic bus trip ever. You spent more time in the air or on the seat next to you than your own. Eventually, we did arrive at about 10pm to our shock.
