Etappe 2 - Saumur to St Quay Portrieux

On our next leg of this trip, we travelled from Saumur to Mont Saint Michel. As impressive as this little island off the mainland is, as scary it may be in high season when the place gets croweded with people. Nevertheless, I was positively surprised about this place. And going there off-season is well worth it and I was able to take pictures with little to none other people passing infront of the lense.
In the afternoon we continued our trip into Bretagne until Saint-Quay-Portrieux, a little cute village with a beautiful coast line. Though it was Sunday afternoon when we arrived, it was more than little difficult to find a place to eat something. (it seemed, we were really off season. After all the tourists from August and September have left and the French School Holidays not yet started, many restaurants were closed). But finally we found a little place that served us some delicious crepes and a glass of cider. Czytaj więcej
