"Fishing" (not catching)

Well, three (3) days of trying and skunked twice trying for bigs (tuna, billfish, shark, etc). Luckily, it’s a short ride to the Gulf Stream so the disappointment is short lived.

Today, we bottom fished reefs and caught two (2) drum (same we could catch at home 😡). We hooked what appeared to be monster but it took him into a man made reef and tangled the line in 80’ of water. After 45 minutes of heavy fighting the hook released and it was over.

Beautiful water though.
