Update before leaving tomorrow

Rosie has been having intestinal struggles for the past month... or longer.

As she’s on medication, and seems to take a bit to adapt to new locations when we travel, we’ve decided that she’ll remain home for this trip while her medication takes hold.

I’ll have a bit of free time in Ohio and had her set up with doggie day care, but it just makes no sense to put her thru it. I have a goal for the trip and will stay focused on that.

This will be my first trip without her since we picked her up on my 60th birthday (6 years ago) so it’s a bit strange. However, she’s in great hands at home with Sue.
