    And very longWe spent a lot of time today walking through forestsAnd we saw some beautiful water along the way1We took a break at a place set up for walkers who were tired when we got to the top of one hill

    Day 2 from Arcade to Pontevedra

    Today was supposed to be an easy day with our walk being about 7 miles…. But we went about 10.5 miles. And there were many very steep hills. Turns out the Camino trail we thought we were going on is closed for construction for a week, and the alternative was the more challenging version with many very big hills.Read more

    Wow, this is not the easy pathway I thought you would be on. I am sure you are exhausted but thankful for your training. Hopefully, there is a comfortable bed and a cool glass of wine waiting for you at the end of day 2. [Diane]
