• Moalboal

    28 lis–1 gru 2024, Filipiny ⋅ ☁️ 30 °C

Arrrived at the Philippines but took some time to arrive in Moalboal. It is a popular snorkel spot where you can see the popular sardine run where you can see thousands of sardines. (And some turtles) So far Philippines made a good first impression: People are very friendly, polite and talkative. The landscapes are beautiful with turquoise beaches and Palmtrees everywhere. • Bohol /Pangalao

    1–5 gru 2024, Filipiny ⋅ ☁️ 28 °C

Going to Bohol by Ferry and staying in a great Hostel with little huts and daily family dinner. Rhe first full day I jumped on the back if Svens Motorbike and we explored Bohol together. We saw some Tarsier that are tiny monkeys and they look so cute and weird at the same time. Then we saw the chocolate hills a landscape that isnt very chocolaty because of the rain season, enjoyed some local food. We then saw waterfalls and great viewpoints. The Day after i joined a boat tour that included great diving spots, beach cleanup local lunch on the boat and a lot of rum and coke. Had the best time there honestly. The day after i just spent at the beach tanning and reading :) Czytaj więcej

  • Camiguin

    6 grudnia 2024, Filipiny ⋅ ☁️ 29 °C

I took a ferry to Camiguin, which is a small island that is not super touristic and a bit off the track.
But didnt had the best time there. The first day, it was so hot (37°) so i just chilled and sweated at the beach cause the hostel didnt had any AC. But the other days when i wanted to explore the island it rained a lot and the vulcano and views were totally covered in cloud. I also lost my gopro while diving, so it was all really chaotic . But that's also part of traveling, i guess. Czytaj więcej

  • Puerto Princessa

    10 grudnia 2024, Filipiny ⋅ 🌧 29 °C

Arrived in Puerto Princessa without luggage because the airline is a huge bitch. In the end it took almost 3 days to get my luggage after paying extra for their mistake. But i chilled in a cool Hostel with great food so wasnt too bad. Did a tour to the Underground River there wich is one of the new Worldwonders of Nature. A massive Cave you explore by boat with thousand of bats. It was interesting but nothing really special after seeing a few caves that trip. But met the cutest dog at the pier waiting for the boat. He was so cuet, loved the head pets he got and i bought him a burger patty which he loved.
I also did a Firefly watching tour which was cute. Btw fireflys are tiny and i had one sitting in my hand. (So cool)

  • 3 Day Boat Expedition

    21–23 gru 2024, Filipiny ⋅ 🌧 29 °C

After El Nido i joined a 3 Day Boat Expedition from El Nido to Coron. These 3 Days we spent on a Boat, hopping between island, going snorkeling in the ocean, playing Beach volleyball, eating fresh and local fish and just enjoying the sun and the sea. Even tho it wasnt the best group for me the trip was pretty cool. We slept in little huts at the basecamps and it was a nice remote experience as it is 3 days without phone signal, electrocity and only basics accommodations. Czytaj więcej
