Kalabahi town

Today we move to Kalabahi town, the main town on Alor Island. We thought we would base here for a few days to be closer to explore the eastern parts of the island.
We take the Bemo (shared van taxi) from Sebanjar for about 30km to Kalabahi town. We get off all feeling a bit nauseous from the ride!

We head off in the late afternoon and find a nice beach with mini island created by low tide. Lila enjoys throwing her slippers in the water and finding them. And the water is so warm it's like swimming in bath water!Læs mere
