Cooking Lesson

We’ll drive to the home of a local family.
Here, our host will welcome us into his or her
kitchen for a lesson in Indonesian cooking,
beginning with an introduction to the spices
commonly used in local cuisine. We’ll have the
opportunity to roll up our sleeves and try our
own hand at preparing dishes such as lontong
