DAY 10 - Sun, Jan 5, 2020 Overland to Ouarzazate • Visit Berber museum • Destination: Ouarzazate

Breakfast: Served bufet-style at the dining tent featuring Moroccan and American dishes beginning at 7am.
Morning: This morning around 8:30am, we leave the open desert behind and set of for the oasis town of Ouarzazate in our bus. Including stops along the way, the entire transfer will take about eight hours. We stop in Tinejdad around 11:15am. There, we’ll arrive at the Ksar of El Khorbat and take a walk inside the unique and ancient fortiied ksar (a Berber walled city). We’ll then visit a Berber museum, where you’ll have about an hour to learn about the history, architecture, and daily life of Berbers in this region. Lunch: At a local restaurant around noon, featuring tradi- tional cuisine. Afternoon: Around 1pm, we’ll continue via coach for another
4 hours to Ouarzazate, a city built by the French as a garrison outpost in the Sahara. We take another quick break on the way, and arrive around 5pm to check in to our hotel.
For two nights, we’ll stay at a conveniently located hotel in the center of Ouarzazate, which may have an outdoor pool, as well as two restaurants, a bar, and health club with a sauna. Typical rooms will be modern with air- conditioning, a satellite TV, wireless Internet, minibar, refrigerator, and private bath.
Around 5pm, our Trip Experience Leader will guide us on an orientation walk of the area around the hotel.
Dinner: A choice of Moroccan and international dishes served at the hotel around 7pm.

Evening: The evening is free to explore on your own, take advantage of the hotel amenities, or rest in your room.Okumaya devam et
