I really enjoyed Astorga. We (Kirsten and Andrew and I) caught the bus from San Martin del Camino to Astorga so that we could have the whole first day there.
I met up with Kathy, and we visited the chocolate museum first. Astorga is famous for its chocolate.
Kathy and I went to the Palace of Gaudi. It was amazing. My favourite place to visit so far. So beautiful inside.
We managed to have dinner at a Michelin restaurant in Astorga - Las Termas. The food was really good and they catered for me really well.
I stayed two nights in Astorga - the second night I caught up with Jodi and Jan from the US. We had dinner together, and toured the Cathedral. Great to catch up with them again.Read more
