Dhamma for days

So much laundry today at work. Just plodded along. Finished harry potter and the philosophers stone audio book.
Krislin came over for an hours sit, it was good to be able to do a vipassana sit with someone. I then took a little meditation class down as t the yoga studio. There was 8 of us. I think it went pretty well, everyone seemed to enjoy it and were asking it to be a regular thing.
Loz had been a Vipassana meditstor for 15 years and lived in an Ashram. So that was a little intimidating but fine.
Lots of people seem interested in doing a Vipassana course which is amazing!
