War on Dubrovnik, farmstead visit

We were given a view of the signicant damage to Dubrovnik from the artillery shelling (1991-1995) as seen from a mountain viewpoint. Old undamaged roof areas are darker, and roof tiles that needed to be replaced are brighter orange in color.

In the afternoon, we visited a family farmstead where olive oil production has been ongoing for generations. The owner of the farm gave a very detailed presentation. That was followed by wine tasting. It seems that nearly everyone makes their own wine here. Then we had dinner with live folk music.
