When will I see you again 🧳

Today was a waiting game for my luggage to arrive. A 4am email from the airline said my bag had been found, was in Hamburg and was being delivered today. At 7pm it still hasn’t arrived. The airline communication is hopeless. They don’t answer their phone (well someone does but all they say is “that person is very busy and doesn’t take calls, email them.”). I wonder if they have sent my bag to Hamburg or Melbourne.

I’d had a little shopping spree yesterday for a few days of clean clothes and toiletries but ideally I’d want my stuff back (although Hamburg has a lot more colour choices than Melbourne). It’s not cold but not hot either. I bought a jumper but could use some jeans tonight. Maybe one last insurance inspired purchase after dinner?

I’d been for a few walks today, mainly for food as it was it was a little rainy in the morning and I have a very late night tonight, so took it easy and napped a bit. As I order dinner (pizza with a coke) the waiter suggests “Whisky cola.. whisky Cola”. I say no just the cola thanks… “no no no… whisssskey”. He still just leaves only a coke lol. Fortunately by this time the rain has stopped and it’s a lovely sunny evening.

Hopefully by the time I get back to my hotel around 1am (I said it would be a late night) my bag will have been delivered. I think I’ve spoken to even staff member of the hotel today asking if it’s been delivered yet 😂. Next stop is a cruise and every nerd kids wet dream - Miniature Wunderland!Les mer
